Cleveland Kurentovanje is proud to partner with Slovenska Kuhinja and VSGT (Vocational College of Hospitality and Tourism Maribor) to provide virtual cooking/baking demos throughout the week of Cleveland Kurentovanje. Tune in to watch amateur cooks/bakers from across the globe share their favorite recipes made from home. Trained chefs from Slovenia will also be presenting demonstrations on delcicious dishes from their kitchens.
Registered viewers will recieve a list of ingredients in advance so they can plan to prepare the recipes as soon as they are finished watching. Viewers will learn techniques and tips to create delicious Slovenian dishes from their own homes!
Saturday February 6th - Kremsnite with Špela Vodovc in Slovenia, followed by a VSGT demonstration of a Pojorje Omelette and Maribor Doughnuts
Tuesday February 9th - Strudel with Michelle Ryall in Canada, followed by a VSGT demonstration of Roasted Veal Shank with Roasted Potatoes
Thursday February 11th - Štruklji with Mary Kozina-Cupar in USA, followed by a VSGT demonstration of Fried Chicken
